Ashok Nandavanam - Residential Plots in Chennai Outskirts

Chennai is the sixth largest city in population in India has come into the eye of real estate investors in recent times due to its high rate of growth. The growth of population is also at a rapid rate making the residential plots in Chennai to transform into the form of tall buildings, modernized apartments and luxurious villas. The city has suffered less residential area and also unable to cope with the growth, this had in turn made the city to loosen its boundaries and making the sub urban as the preferred destinations for the new migrants. The growth of employment avenues in the IT & its supporting sectors as well as the automobile sectors have played a significant role in encouraging both the Chennai land for sale as well as allowing immigration into the city. Growth of Residential is not only growing in the metropolitan but also accompanied by the growth of Commercial Property. Chennai has been listed among the best cities to live in India because of its several reasons; some of the main reasons include the social, medical and economic security available to the residents.

These reasons have evidently resulted in an invasion of immigrants not only from the state but also from all over the country. More and more domestic as well as international immigrants started moving into the city every day making the unavailability of DTCP approved plots close to chennai. As the population belonging to city becomes more and more socio-economic and demographic, the residential projects here are also wide-ranging with an aim to meet the demands of its people with the sale of several integrated township plots for sale in Chennai.

In real estate sector this demand made several major real estate developers to make a dramatic growth in the construction industry within the city limits. But the city limit has become unaffordable in recent times to the middle class population because of two main reasons, the huge price tag and unavailability of plots for sale in Chennai; this had made the builders to eye in the long neglected outskirts of Chennai. The realty developers now offers residential villas, budget lands and homes in the city, outskirts with liberal landscaping, tranquil environment, huge club houses, health club facilities, indoor sports as well as outdoor sports to allure the buyers. Though these facilities are afforded, the budget land price in Chennai, outskirt is reasonable. Several builders even go another mile to include luxurious amenities including restaurants and swimming pools inside the gated community. Besides the provided infrastructure, these areas are also well connected to the city therefore commuting whenever required is not a problem. With all these amenities buying a property in the outskirts became a trendy option than buying property in Chennai.
